Refund policy

Our shipments to mainland destinations (Spain) are included in the price, and for the Balearic Islands, there is a charge of €6.00. The delivery time is 1 to 2 days for mainland shipments and 3-4 days for the Balearic Islands.

The courier company will send you an email with the tracking code to know where your shipment is at all times.

Payment

Payments can be made in two ways:

• With a card: securely through Shopify Inc.
• With PayPal: you need to have a PayPal account.

Returns

You have the right to return the product within 15 days of receiving it, provided it has not been used and is in perfect condition.

At the time of shipment, we check that the product is in perfect condition. If you receive it in defective condition, inform the carrier so that it is noted on the delivery note, and we will refund the amount you paid.

Cancellations

If you cancel before the order has been shipped, there will be no cancellation fee. However, if the product has already been shipped, we will refund the product amount, and you will only have to pay the shipping and return costs.
